Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain Educational and Cultural Trust was established in 1990 with the objective of providing quality education to the youth. Guided by the basic philosophy of Jainism - service to mankind - the trust's first venture was Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain College, a preferred first choice for undergraduate education in Bangalore. Today the Group includes noble projects like Jain International Residential School, Mahaveer Academy of Technology and Sciences, and International Academy for Creative Teaching which by themselves are benchmarks in education.

Sri R Chenraj Jain, the Jain Group of Institutions today is a conglomerate comprising of ten entities, each different from other, but working in unison towards the cherished ideals of the trust. More than 10000 students are trained and mentored by nearly 650 committed and distinguished faculty members.
