Annual Day Celebrations

Jain Vidyaniketan celebrated its second annual day on January 25th, at its campus. Mr.Ashok Dalwai, IAS, Commissioner, Bangalore Mahanagar Palike was the chief guest. While addressing the gathering, Mr.Dalwai said that it has been the hallmark of our heritage to respect and follow the ideals set forth by the great men in history like Buddha, Mahaveer and Basavanna. These thinkers have left behind a great wealth for the society.

The Chairman of the Jain Group of Institutions, Sri Chenraj Jain, presided over the function. The Principal of the school, Sri B P Kishore, read out the annual report. Prizes were distributed to winners of various competitions.

The students presented a variety of cultural events. Parents participated in large numbers. The vice-principal, Sri Manohar Deshmukh gave the vote of thanks. The function was a success, and well appreciated.
