Achievers Meet

Sri. Nandan M Nilekani, CEO and Managing Director, Infosys Technologies Limited was at Jain Vidyaniketan and Jain International Residential School for 'Achiever's Meet' on Monday, 15th July 2002.

Speaking on the occasion, Sri. Nandan M Nilekani said "The basic achievement in life is to have a focused vision, sincerity and to work towards it. Every individual should understand that the institutional goals are very important rather than the individual goals. It is possible to progress only if an individual aims at the betterment of the institution. Infosys has shown to the world that anything can be achieved in India if we believe in our work, if there is sincerity in our conduct and if we are bound by morality. This distinctive institution was incepted 20 years back with the dream of achieving identity of its own as the capital. Today this institution has grown turning the dreams of 11,000 technically equipped individuals into reality. It is possible for the modern youth who have better opportunities to build better institutions. We should believe in our strength and have the determination to earn in the right manner. The students should utilize the advantage that are existent due to the large-scale revolutions in the field of information technology."

Sri. Nilekani also inaugurated the website of the school www.jainvidyaniketan.ac.in on the occasion. Sri. R Chenraj Jain, Chairman Jain Group of Institutions was present on the occasion and Sri. B P Kishore, Principal, Jain Vidyaniketan welcomed the gathering.
